Security enhanced in Kurram Agency

PARACHINAR: The Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Kurram Agency would remain closed as the authorities have boosted up security for the Chehlum of Imam Hussain (RA). “Strict security measures have been taken in the tribal region and border with Afghanistan has also been sealed,” said an official. More checkpoints have also been established in the tribal region while peace committee members, activists of Anjuman-e-Hussainia and security forces are patrolling sensitive areas.
