Auction of tenancy rights of site
LAHORE
Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has planned to hold auction of tenancy rights of the site for setting up biggest rooftop restaurant in the city.
Officials said the auction would be held on 26th of November, at LDA Community Centre, New Muslim Town, Lahore, at 10am. They said a total of more than 27,000 square feet area would be rented out for a period of 10 years by Lahore Development Authority and the successful bidder would avail the facility of first six months’ rent-free use of site. The space being offered includes the rooftop restaurant as well as the top floor of a plaza located in Moon Market, Allama Iqbal Town.
