KARACHI: Pakistan Kabaddi Federation’s (PKF) secretary Muhammad Sarwar on Thursday said that Strawberry Sports Management would be the owner of the first Kabaddi League which would be held next year.
“The PKF is delighted to be their exclusive technical collaborator for the ten years plus format of the League,” Sarwar said.
He said that the league’s details would be disclosed soon. Haider Ali Daud, Strawberry Sports Management CEO, said, “The league will be the dawn of a new era for sports in Pakistan. Sports have far reaching influence on the people’s lives and we believe it is high time we nurtured and promoted local sports,” Ali said. “The League has so far received phenomenal response from the corporate sector,” he said.
