Folk child troupe to perform at Faiz Festival
Islamabad: Lok Virsa’s newly-formed Folk Child Troupe will perform at the Faiz International Festival 2016 in Lahore on November 20.
Lok Virsa Executive Director Dr. Fouzia Saeed said that the troupe had proudly presented new discoveries in the past one year adding that these children ranging between ages 4 to 13 had pursued singing efficiently.
She said that some of the children had the opportunity to be born in families of musicians and some had only followed desire of their hearts. She said that these talented singers came from all parts of the country and were becoming the hope of performing arts without restrictions and fear.
Dr Fouzia Saeed said Lok Virsa is proud to bring the future music of Pakistan to you and we hope to see all there supporting them. This saga of amazing performance will also be streamed live on Lok Virsa’s official website www.lokvirsa.org.pk.
