KASUR: Two people were killed in separate road accidents here on Friday.
A speeding truck hit motorcyclist Zulfiqar, s/o Jan Muhammad, near Sahjowal Railway Crossing. As a result, he died instantly. Zohaib (3) was playing on a road at Syedpur when a tractor crushed him to death.
CASH SNATCHED: Two dacoity incidents were reported here on Friday.
Nazir of Shadra Basti was on his way after drawing Rs 450,000 cash from a bank when two dacoits snatched cash from him. In another incident, Muhammad Sarwar parked his bike near Model Bazaar. When he returned, he found it missing.
