Siraj pays tributes to Erdogan for controlling corruption

JI ameer Senator Sirajul Haq has paid tributes to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, saying Turkish leadership had set an excellent example of national development by controlling corruption.
Oppressed people all over the world considered Erdogan as their last hope, and Turkey and Pakistan have the potential to jointly lead the Muslim world, he said, addressing a reception hosted in honour of H Ilnur Cevik, Chief Adviser of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at Mansoora, on Tuesday.
Sirajul Haq said failure of recent coup in Turkey had sent a wave of jubilation among Pakistani people as Turkey enjoyed a high position in Muslim world for being the symbol of Ottoman Empire. Siraj said Turkey and Pakistan both were Muslim countries and linked together through eternal bonds of Islam and they could play an effective role in pulling the Muslim world out of the present anarchy and for the unity of the Ummah.
Sirajul Haq lauded Turkey’s rapid advancement and development under President Erdogan, saying it reflected his political vision and exemplary planning skill and the entire Islamic world should learn from the Turkish experience. He said Tayyip Erdogan had emerged as the undisputed leader of the Turkish people and his position as a prudent Muslim leader was established. He said people of Pakistan had great love and respect for their Turkish brethren and Turkish leadership and the sacrifices made by the Turkish people for the safeguarding their constitution and democratic set up were an example for freedom loving people all over the world.
H Ilnur Cevik lauded the services of JI for political guidance and social welfare, and said the goal before Turkish Justice and Development Party and JI was the same. He conveyed to Sirajul Haq good-wishes of the Turkish President. JI deputy secretary-general Muhammad Asghar and JI foreign affairs director Abdul Ghaffar Aziz were present.
