Our government’s inaction is baffling in the face of persistent Indian violations of the ceasefire along the Line of Control and the Working Boundary. When will we take up this matter with India? When will we take the issue to the International Court of Justice? And what is the United Nations doing to stop India? There is no denying the fact that the UN is playing a partial role in the conflict.
Moreover, it has been observed that whenever Pakistan and India decide to initiate peace talks, some untoward incident invariably happened along the LoC. The government is requested to immediately move the International Court of Justice over these cross-border Indian violations.
