The Chief of Army Staff Secretariat has issued an appreciation letter to Dr Salman Kazmi to appreciate the efforts of Young Doctors Association (YDA), Pakistan, on producing a book to educate public and school going kids about communicable diseases, including dengue, Congo, measles, malaria, etc.
In a letter to Dr Salman Kazmi, General Secretary of Young Doctors Association (YDA), Pakistan, Brig Zafar Iqbal Marwat, Director Staff Duties (A), General Headquarters, Chief of Army Staff Secretariat, Staff Duties Directorate, Rawalpindi, has appreciated on behalf of the Chief of Army Staff the dedication and professionalism in producing a comprehensive book dealing with common ailments. On the instructions of Chief of Army Staff, the book has been sent to the Medical Directorate for ascertaining the feasibility of issuing in schools run under army patronage. The outcome will be shared with you in due course of time. Nevertheless, the efforts of Young Doctors Association in the production of this book are highly appreciable and it is hoped that you will continue to serve the ailing humanity with same fervour in all your future endeavours,” the letter concludes.
