GHALLANAI: The security forces on Saturday defused an improvised explosive device, which was planted on a roadside in Safi tehsil of Mohmand Agency, official sources said.
They said that the security forces spotted the explosive device during a routine checking on Peshawar-Bajaur road in Qandaro area in Safi tehsil and defused it.They said that the Khassadar personnel launched a search soon after the recovery of the explosive device in the area and arrested nine tribesmen under the collective responsibility section of the Frontier Crimes Regulation.
