Dacoits injure two traders after looting cash

BAHAWALPUR: Dacoits injured two traders after looting cash from them in separate incidents here on Wednesday.
Cotton trader Ch Arshad was on his way when three dacoits intercepted him on Kotla Musa Khan Road and looted Rs 2 million from him. They also shot at and injured him on resistance. In another incident, three gangsters stopped Muhammad Afzal of Mauza Wahi Gussaya and snatched Rs 50,000 from him. They shot at and injured him when he offered resistance.
Reports indicate that they tried to breach one of gates, harassed staff, and even scaled walls of premises
