The broken water pipeline is causing delay in the construction work of a bridge near Barri Imam.
Directorate of Road Maintenance and Marketing has completed major repair work of the bridge near Barri Imam fulfilling the longstanding demand of residents of the area. Talking to APP Deputy Director Johar Ali said that teams were waiting that the concerned authorities of the civic body would repair broken pipeline near the bridge, as the accumulated water in the ditches could not allow us to put concrete on the road.
A resident of Barri Imam Dr Hameed told APP that the bridge was the only link between the Barri Imam Colony and the Quaid-e-Azam University which should be duly taken care of by the authority concerned.
