The Bar providing best opportunity for lawyers’ training: SHC CJ
SUKKUR: The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah, said that the Bar was providing the best opportunities for training of lawyers, and it was said that trained lawyers could be the best judges.
Addressing the Badin Bar Association, he said that more than 25 judges had been terminated on the allegation of corruption in different courts of Sindh.
Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah said that in the past he received many letters from lawyers asking for transfer of judges, but now the scenario had changed due to quick justice and case settlements. He said that now people were getting quick relief and justice from the courts, and it was hoped that all the pending cases would be closed within a year. On the occasion, Justice Faisal Arab, a judge of the Supreme Court, and Tarique Mehmood Khoso, a district and sessions judge, also addressed the lawyers.
