Aqeel eases into ATT Tennis tourney quarter-finals

KARACHI: Aqeel Khan moved into the quarter-finals of the Federal Cup Asian Tennis Tour Men’s Professional Tennis Championships after beating Sahibzada Muhammad Ali in straight sets at the S Dilawar Abbas PTF Tennis Complex in Islamabad on Monday.
Aqeel thrashed Sahibzada, registering a 6-1, 6-0 victory.
Muhammad Abid, Heera Ashiq, Shahzad Khan, Faizan Khurram, Aman Atiq, Ahmed Chaudhary and Mudassir Murtaza also sailed into the quarter-finals.
