JAUHARABAD: Khsuhab police arrested 309 proclaimed offenders (POs) of different categories during 2014.
According to the DPO office statement, the crime rate showed downward trend in the district in 2014.
According to the statement, 43 rape, 73 murder, 11 assault, 213 injury, 73 abductions, 13 dacoity, 60 highway robbery, 65 house breaking, 129 theft, 37 rustling and 66 vehicle snatching cases were reported in all police stations of the district. Police had also arrested 631 accused involved in illegal arms cases, 220 drug peddlers and 309 proclaimed offenders (POs) of various categories in 2014.
