PTA addresses consumer complaints

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority received 38,741 consumer complaints against different telecom operators during the last one year and addressed 99.6 percent of them.
These complaints were received against cellular operators Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, long distance international, wireless local loop operators and internet service providers.
