Injures uncle over property

DASKA: A man allegedly inflicted injuries on his uncle over a land dispute in the area of Motra police.
Javed Ahmed had his possession over a piece of land of his uncle Muhammad Younis. On the day of the incident, Younis was heading home when Javed intercepted him and shot at and injured him. He was shifted to Civil Hospital.
VALUABLES TAKEN AWAY: Locals were robbed of cash and other valuables on Saturday.
Four gunmen barged into the house of Muhammad Iqbal and took away Rs 45,000, gold ornaments and cell phones. Thieves entered the house of Ashfaq Ahmed and took away Rs 150,000 and gold ornaments.
SUICIDE BID: A married woman attempted suicide in the city area on Saturday. A woman exchanged harsh words with her in-laws and consumed acid and was shifted to Civil Hospital.
