Rocket launcher shells recovered

SWABI: The police have recovered rocket launcher shells from deserted areas of Razaar tehsil in the district here on Saturday, a police official said. Talking to reporters, District Police Officer (DPO) Javed Iqbal said the police had received information about the presence of the militants in the area. He said the cops recovered the shells from Sheikh Jana village. “The police have recovered three shells of the rocket launcher from the Sheikh Jana village falling in the jurisdiction of Kalu Khan Police Station,” he said. Javed Iqbal said the police launched a search operation in the area, but no arrest could be made.
