Beverage agency looted in broad daylight

HAFIZABAD: Six bandits stormed into a beverage agency on Gujranwala Road near A-division police post and took away cash, a laptop and 24 cell phones on Tuesday evening.
According to police source, six bandits barged into the agency and held 24 employees of the agency hostage and snatched Rs 125,000, a laptop and 24 cell phones from the workers.
The agency owner Shafqat Hussain Tarar, the PML-N district leader and other traders condemned the robbery and urged the police to arrest the accused and recover the booty.
