PO escapes

CHAKWAL: A proclaimed offender (PO) escaped with the connivance of his accomplice in Bhoun village in the area of Kallar Kahar police station on Monday.
Police raided the house of Muhammad Nadeem to arrest PO Jahangir, but Nadeem alerted the PO and he escaped. Police arrested Nadeem and registered a case against him.
COTTON SET ON FIRE: Cotton and clothes were set on fire in Bheen village in the area of Dhudial police station
Shafqat Hussain told police that accused Saleem Akhtar set his cotton and clothes on fire in the veranda of the house.
ASI Abdul Rehman registered a case.
