60.12 pass inter exams in Multan

MULTAN: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan, announced the results of intermediate annual examinations in a function here on Saturday.
BISE Controller Examinations Syed Haider Gardezi declared the results while Punjab Minister for Special Education Asif Saeed Manais was the chief guest. Total 57,308 candidates appeared in the examinations of whom 34,457 were declared successful with pass percentage of 60.12.
A sad environment gripped the ceremony when the BISE controller examinations announced that candidate Waqas Rauf of Vehari, who secured the first position in the general science group, had died in July and his father Niaz Muhammad had joined the ceremony to his receive medals and prizes.
OVERALL TOP POSITIONS: Aqsa Hussain (Roll No 704139) of the Burewala Punjab College captured the first position by securing 1046 marks while Ayesha Muqadas (Roll No 701214) of the Khanewal Hawk Higher Secondary School stood second with 1041 marks and Anzal Ishfaq (Roll No 706188) of the Vehari Government Postgraduate College grabbed the third position by securing 1040 marks.
PRE-MEDICAL GROUP (GIRLS): Aqsa Hussain (Roll No 704139) of the Burewala Punjab College captured the first position by securing 1046 marks while Ayesha Muqadas (Roll No 701214) of the Khanewal Hawk Higher Secondary School stood second with 1041 marks and Faiza Jabbar (Roll No 707849) of the Multan Rise College of Science for Women captured the third position with 1036 marks.
PRE-MEDICAL GROUP (BOYS): Anzal Ishfaq (Roll No 706188) of the Vehari Government Postgraduate College clinched the first position by securing 1040 marks while Muhammad Adnan Asim (Roll No 701524) of the Khanewal Punjab College for Boys and Shoaib Rehman (Roll No 706177) of the Vehari Postgraduate College shared the second position with 1034 marks. Syed Manzoor Haider Naqvi (Roll No 703641) got the third position with 1033 marks.
PRE-ENGINEERING GROUP (GIRLS): Areeba Wasim (Roll No 725658) of the Multan Briton College got the first position with 1018 marks. Iqra Naveed (Roll No 725743) of the Multan Punjab College for Women captured the second position with 1017 marks and Natasha Naeem (Roll No 724254) of the Vehari Punjab College stood third with 1016 marks.
PRE-ENGINEERING GROUP (BOYS): Anas Rashid (Roll No 730095) of the Multan Mumtazabad Muslim Public Higher Secondary School grabbed the first position with 1037 marks while Ali Ahmad (Roll No 727188) of the Multan KIPS College secured the second position with 1033 marks and Muhammad Baqir Gardezi (Roll No 727152) of the Multan KIPS College got the third position with 1032 marks.
GENERAL SCIENCE GROUP (GIRLS): Aneeqa Farid (Roll No 744115) of the Multan Superior College clinched the first position with 1001 marks while Javeria Liaqat (Roll No 74448) stood second with 1000 marks and Aqsa Zahid (Roll No 740612) of the Khanewal Punjab College and Anmol Muneer (Roll No 744116) of the Multan Punjab College shared the third position with 987 marks.
GENERAL SCIENCE GROUP (BOYS): Waqas Rauf (Roll No 743510) of the Vehari Government Postgraduate College secured the first position with 1013 marks. Afaq Sabir (Roll No 740746) of the Khanewal Punjab College captured the second position with 990 marks and Fahad Ahmad Arsal (Roll No 741893) of the Lodhran Aleziaum Public Higher Secondary School got the third position with 988 marks.
COMMERCE GROUP (BOYS): Tayyab Ahmad (Roll No 762403) of the Multan Punjab College secured the first position with 962 marks while Falak Sher (Roll No 762277) of the Multan Punjab College got the second position with 951 marks and Aun Abbas (Roll No 760303) of the Mian Channu Leaders College stood third with 949 marks.
ARTS GROUP (BOYS): Muhammad Abdur Rehman Malik (Roll No 795174) of Multan secured the first position with 981 marks while HAFIZ NASRULLAH (Roll No 795152) of Multan got the second position with 958 marks and Muhammad Akram (Roll No 783321) of the Vehari Government Higher Secondary School got the third position with 929 marks.
ARTS GROUP (GIRLS): Tehmina Ashiq (Roll No 787103) of the Multan Basti Jalil ARI Islamia Girls Higher Secondary School got the first position with 987 marks while Aima Zahid (Roll No 761566) of the Multan KIPS College secured the second position with 985 marks and Dua Ahsan Noori (Roll No 761570) of the Multan KIPS College captured the third position with 974 marks.
