Murderer gets death on 3 counts

BAHAWALPUR: Additional Sessions Judge Rana Abdul Hakeem on Wednesday awarded death sentence on three counts and Rs 600,000 fine to a man in a triple murder case.
According to prosecution, Majid Hussain of Chak 58/DB, Tehsil Yazman, slaughtered his teacher Maqboolan Bibi after raping her on Dec 23, 2012, in the limits of Sadar Yazman police. Later, he also murdered Maqboolan Bibi’s eight-year-old daughter Faiza Ashiq and 15-year-old son Zohaib to hide his crime.
