DASKA: A woman was abducted in the area of Sadr police on Tuesday.
Reportedly, accused Rafaqat Ali and his accomplice kidnapped the daughter of Afzal of Dharamkot village when she was going to the bazaar.
DRUG PEDDLERS HELD: Motra police Tuesday arrested three alleged drug peddlers and recovered narcotics from their possession. On a tip-off, police arrested accused Shahid, Rana Babar and Muhammad Iqbal, who were selling heroin. Police recovered 2,160 gram heroin from them.
VALUABLES SNATCHED: Three robbers took away cash and other valuables from a house in the city area on Tuesday. The bandits barged into the house of Nazir Ahmed and held the family members hostage and took away gold ornaments, a cell phone and other valuables.
