KARACHI: Pakistan under 21s won the third and final test against Spain juniors in the penalty shootout after a 3-3 draw in the regulation time.
With this they won the series 2-1, PHF said on Thursday.
Unlike the second test, this time it was Spain who thrice took the lead but Pakistan came back each time to equalise the score. For Pakistan, Mohsin Sabir, Bilal Qadir and Abu Bakr scored.
In the shootout, goalkeeper Ali Raza performed heroically to stop three of the five Spanish attempts. Pakistan scored on all five occasions.
