KARACHI: Pakistan’s Jahangir Khan Junior and Asif Idrees are participating in World Squash Masters in Johannesburg from September 24-30.
Asif entered his name in 50-54 age category, while Jahangir entered his name in 40-44 age category. There are 19 events for different age categories, and the organisers had received 951 entries till August 19.
The draws and seedings are yet to be finalised. Jahangir took part in the 2014 edition of World Masters Championship held in Hong Kong.
Though he lost in the second main round, he managed to win the plate event. Currently he is working as a coach in Iran. Asif is playing this championship for the first time.
