President condoles death of eight persons in Skardu accident

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday expressed his condolences over the death of eight persons, including leader of Nurbakhshi community Haji Faqir Muhammad Ibrahim Khaplu, in a traffic accident at Deosai Road near Skardu.According to a President House statement, in his message to the bereaved families and followers of Haji Faqir Muhammad, the President expressed his heartfelt condolences and prayed for forgiveness of the departed souls. He also prayed for courage to the bereaved families to bear the loss with equanimity. He directed the authorities concerned to extend all possible assistance to the affected people.
