KARACI: The fourth edition of Indus Pharma National Seniors and Junior Ranking Tennis Championship commences here at Karachi Club from Saturday.
Karachi Tennis Association (KTA) is organising this tournament in association with Sindh tennis Association (STA) and Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF).
Events to be contested in the tournament are juniors 18 singles, junior girls 18 singles, U16 singles, U14 singles, U12 singles, U10 singles, juniors 18 doubles, seniors 35-plus singles, seniors 35-plus doubles and seniors 45-plus doubles.
All of these events carry national ranking points. On the sidelines, men’s singles and ladies singles, carrying Sindh ranking points, will be played. Soft tennis events, open singles and junior singles, will also be played. The tournament is scheduled to conclude on September 2.
