Councillors protest against Okara dist admin

OKARA: More than 30 municipal committee councillors have criticised the district government for not inviting them in any function held on the Independence Day.
The councillors, led by Ch Munib advocate, after a meeting said that the district administration did not invite them to any meeting nor consulted with them for any programme held on the Independence Day. They said that they would meet DCO Sucrat Aman Rana and TMA Administrator Ch Riaz and would protest in this regard.
