Police recover two ‘abducted’ boys

GUJRANWALA: Police on Sunday recovered two allegedly ‘abducted’ boys here.The police had set up pickets on Khiali Bypass at Alam Chowk and vehicles were being checked. In the meantime, two boys, Burhan of Shahdra and Umar of Multan, ran towards the police and told that they were allegedly kidnapped by some persons and after seeing the police they fled. However, the police spokesman told that both boys were not abducted by anyone and they were allegedly left their homes. Later, both boys were handed over to their parents.
500 WHEELIE-DOERS HELD: Police on Sunday arrested 500 motorcyclists for doing wheelie.The police had established several pickets to stop wheelie. The police arrested 500 wheelie-doers and shifted them to various police stations.
