Bilawal to run all affairs of PPP: Wattoo

OKARA: PPP Punjab president Mian Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo has said that the party’s chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will run all affairs of the party.
He said this after returning to Pakistan from Dubai after holding two meetings with PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. Wattoo said that the PPP workers and leaders would work under the leadership of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He said that he had two long meetings with Asif Ali Zardari in which the future political strategy of the party and the political situation in the country were discussed.
YOUTH DIES IN ACCIDENT: A youth died while his uncle sustained severe injuries in a road accident here on Saturday.
Ali Raza of Basirpur and his nephew Shahzad were on their way when their bike was hit by a mini bus carrying wedding guests. As a result, Shahzad died on the spot while Ali Raza was injured and rushed to a hospital. Police have registered a case.
Brother of Zaheer Abbas killed in accident

OKARA: Tanveer Abbas, the brother of renowned test cricketer Zaheer Abbas, died while his son Dabeer Abbas sustained severe injuries in an accident here on Saturday.
Tanveer Abbas, 60, and his son Dabeer Abbas were on their way by a bike when it rammed into a bullock-cart near 25/1AL village. As a result, Tanveer Abbas died on the spot while his son was injured.
