This refers to the story, ‘Government decides to raise Kashmir issue in coming UNGA session’ (August 10). It is a good decision of the federal government to raise a voice for the solution of this conflict.
This is not a local problem; it is an issue of international importance. Almost all progressive and liberal people across the world have asked the UN to resolve the issue according to the wishes of the Kashmiris. But, unfortunately this international representative platform has failed in this regard.
