Violation of rules

RAWALPINDI: Police have registered cases against landlords and tenants for violation of Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance 2015, as the accused did not pass on to the police the required particulars about their tenants.
According to Rawalpindi police spokesman, the cases have been registered against the accused under Punjab Information of Temporary Residence Ordinance 2015.Saddar Beroni police registered FIR against seven house owners and their tenants Mukhtar, Rab Nawaz, Ameen, Shamas, Faraz and Noman as they had not submitted details to the police.
Race Course police registered FIR against house owner Raheel for violation of renting rules. Pirwadahi police registered FIR against house owner and their tenants Ahmed, Gulzar, Iftikhar, Tahir and Nadeem who did not provide details to the police station.
