ISLAMABAD: Despite repeated insistence from the bureaucracy Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had rejected the summary which recommended to purchase new Helicopter.
Shahbaz instead noted on the summary as he was not willing to spend billions of rupees from public kitty and asked to overhaul the helicopter. He had categorically refused summary moved by Punjab Chief Secretary pertaining to buy new one helicopter as current one not being able to fly more. Shahbaz said he could not afford to consume poor citizens money and preferred to overhaul the old one.
Shahbaz Sharif's helicopter made crush landing on Thursday at Afghanistan when it was on his way to Russia for its overhauling. Reportedly Tehrike Taliban Afghanistan destroyed the helicopter and captured six crew members who were still disappeared.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff and all others concerned contacted to Afghan authorities for the safe recovery of hostage crew members but so far not succeeded.
