Rs 50,000 cheque given to Hassan Askari

LAHORE
Arts Council Executive Director Atta Muhammad Khan enquired after the health of renowned film director Hassan Askari in a local hospital and presented him a cheque of Rs 50,000 along with a bouquet on Wednesday.
The executive director expressed good wishes and a speedy recovery to Hassan Askari and added that the ill director was a national asset along with all other personalities belonging to the fine arts in the country.
Muhammad Atta also paid big tributes to Hassan Askari for his services for Alhamra Academy of Performing Arts, where he is teaching drama class. Deputy Director Admin Aftab Ahmed Ansari and Coordinator Niaz Hussain were present on this occasion.
