AJK polls: Army troops arrive in Jhang

JHANG: Pakistan Army troops Monday arrived in the district to extend help to police and district administration in maintaining law and order situation during the AJK general elections scheduled on July 21.
According to sources, 13 polling stations will be set up where 4,734 voters living in different parts of the district will cast votes.
Moreover, DPO Humayun Masood held a meeting with candidates, election officers and police officials to review the security arrangements for the polling day. He said peaceful atmosphere would be provided to voters and trouble makers would be dealt with an iron hand.
