QUETTA: Six terrorists including two key commanders were killed and five others arrested in an operation near Turbat on Saturday.
According to the FC spokesperson, the paramilitary troops along with a sensitive agency conducted a search operation against terrorists of the BLF in the Shadi Kor area near Turbat.
Six terrorist including two key commanders Badal and Izzat were killed in the clash, while five others were arrested. An FC personnel was also martyred in the firing.
This group of terrorists was involved in attacks on police, Levies and the FC and incidents of abduction for ransom along the highway.
In another action, the FC along with a sensitive agency conducted a search operation in the Anari area of Barkhan.
BLA Commander Bajjar Khan was killed and several others were injured. One hundred troops and two helicopters participated in the operation. Two camps of terrorists were also destroyed.
In yet another action, the FC personnel on the report of a sensitive agency arrested five terrorists in the Bahera area of Sibi. These terrorists belonged to the BLA.
