Cop guns down couple in Multan

MULTAN: A policeman and co-accused gunned down a couple and injured three others over personal grudge here on Friday.  Police constable Irshad Gujjar, deployed at the Makdoom Rasheed Police Station along with his brother over dispute of dismissing the domestic servant, opened indiscriminate fire at his neighbours. As a result of firing, a couple died on the spot while three family members were critically wounded. The bodies and injured were shifted to the Nishtar Hospital Multan. The culprits managed to flee after committing dual murder and injuring the people. The police have registered a case.
