Harsh accountability

This refers to the article, ‘Lack of law and order’ (July 4) by Dr A Q Khan. Pakistan has not move progressed in the last sixteen years. The present system has been corrupted and must be revamped at all costs.

The writer says that an amendment to the constitution is required for setting up military courts. I personally agree, but parliamentarians will never dig their graves themselves. There is a need of harsh accountability without plea bargaining.
