Four officers of CEC promoted to BPS-21

ISLAMABAD: CEC Justice (Retd) Sardar Raza Muhammad Khan on Wednesday promoted four senior officers of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from BPS-20 to BPS-21 with immediate effect.

Musarrat Khan, Acting Provincial Election Commissioner (BPS-20) KPK, Peshawar, has been promoted to BPS-21 and posted as Provincial EC KPK. Tanvir Zaki, Joint Provincial Election Commissioner (BPS-20) Karachi has been promoted to BPS-21 and posted as Provincial Election Commissioner Sindh, Karachi .

Zafar Iqbal Hussain, Director General (E) (BPS-20) in the Election Commission Secretariat has been promoted to BPS-21 and posted as Additional Secretary (TR&E).

Naeem Majeed Jaffer, Joint Provincial Election Commissioner (BPS-20) Balochistan, Quetta, was promoted to BPS-21 and posted as DG (Elections).All the above officers who have been promoted will be on probation for a period of one year with effect from the date they assumes charge of their posts.
