Minister inspects uplift projects

MARDAN: Provincial Minister for Food Zahir Shah Toru on Sunday inspected the ongoing development projects in Sheikh Multan Town.

Neighborhood Council Sheikh Multan Town Chairman Arsalan Toru and officers of the relevant departments were also present on this occasion.While inspecting various development schemes, the minister for food directed the officers to ensure transparency in development works at all levels and any kind of corruption would not be tolerated in this regard. The provincial minister said that it is imperative to complete the ongoing projects within the stipulated time so that the people can benefit from the fruits of these development projects as soon as possible.He further said that public welfare projects were a big trust and strict action would be taken against any kind of negligence in them.
