KHUZDAR: Two Farrari rebel commanders along with their 57 associates surrendered before the provincial minister Sanaullah Zehri on Sunday.
The Farrari commanders, who gave up fighting, are Din Jan alias Miran Muhammad Hasni and Ubaidullah alias Babrak.Addressing a press conference here, Sanaullah Zehri asked the disgruntled Baloch fighting the state to return from the mountains, saying that the enemies of Pakistan were inciting the Baloch youth to insurgence in the name of freedom.
Zehri said, “The disgruntled Baloch are our brethren and they should give up arms and return from the mountains. We will welcome them.”PML-N Balochistan leader Sanaullah Zehri also urged the Baloch youth to play their role in the national mainstream. He asked the Baloch youth not to fall prey to the anti-Pakistan propaganda by certain anti-country elements.
The minister said the Baloch youth were being provoked against Pakistan in the name of independence. On this occasion, rebel commanders, along with their 57 companions, surrendered before Sanaullah Zehri.
Speaking on the occasion, one of the surrendered commanders Ubaidullah alias Babrak said he would live as a peaceful citizen. He condemned the killing of 20 labourers in Khuzdar. He said anti-Pakistan elements were pushing the Baloch youth into the darkness in the name of independence.
Another BLA commander Din Jan alias Miran said he was abandoning the so-called war and wanted to join the mainstream.
INP adds: The Sunday’s development comes 10 days after Wali Mohammad alias Haji Kalati, a key leader of the banned United Baloch Army (UBA), surrendered to authorities along with 50 supporters.
