Robbers kill father of six in Orangi Town

An incident unfolded in Orangi Town on Thursday, where robbers shot and killed a 45-year-old father of six children during a robbery attempt.
The victim, Zafar, son of Abdul Sattar, was standing outside an ice shop when the incident occurred. According to eyewitnesses, the robbers were attempting to flee after snatching a mobile phone from a nearby internet cable shop. Zafar resisted by throwing a bag of ice at one of the robbers, prompting them to open fire. He succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. This incident brings the total number of citizens killed during robbery attempts in the city this year to 29. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
