PM has approved appointment of Misbah Zafar as PD for DEEP in Ministry of Information Technology
ISLAMABAD: Grade 20 Police Service Officer (DIG) Yasin Farooq Sheikh, posted in the National Highways and Motorway Police, has been transferred and his services have been entrusted to the IB Division as part of appointments and transfers made in the federal bureaucracy.
Shahbaz Iqbal, Deputy Chief Personnel Officer (Coordination), Ministry of Railways, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Finance Division (Military Finance Wing). Deputy Secretary, Finance Division (Military Finance Wing) Ali Ahmed has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Establishment Division. The Establishment Division has issued official notifications of these appointments and transfers.
Meanwhile, the prime minister has approved the appointment of Misbah Zafar as Project Director for Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) in the Ministry of Information Technology on a contract basis for a period of two years in PPS II scale.

His appointment has been made on contract for a period of two years in PPS-2 scale. After the approval of the Prime Minister, the Establishment Division has issued a notification regarding the appointment of both of them.
Meanwhile, Federal Secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Dr. Atta-ur-Rehman has given temporary charge of the post of Chairman of the Evacuee Trust Property Board to Secretary Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Fareed Iqbal.
