Sindh transport dept launches online system to issue fitness certificates
Two centres are located at Zulfikarabad Oil Tanker Terminal in District Malir and Ibrahim Hyderi in District Korangi

The Sindh Transport and Mass Transit Department has launched an online system for the issuance of fitness certificates for commercial motor vehicles, along with a digital system for receiving applications for this purpose.
The online system has been available since March 25, 2025.
A statement issued on Thursday quoted Senior Minister for Information and Transport Sharjeel Inam Memon as saying that commercial motor vehicles were being physically examined initially at two centres in Karachi before issuance of fitness certificates to them. The two centres are located at Zulfikarabad Oil Tanker Terminal in District Malir and Ibrahim Hyderi in District Korangi.
