Footwear expo to elevate Pakistan’s industry on global stage
LAHORE: The Pakistan Footwear Machinery & Material Show (PFMMS) 2025, organised by the Pakistan Footwear Manufacturers Association (PFMA), is poised to be a transformative event for the country’s footwear industry, featuring a record-breaking 250+ exhibitors from around the world. The event will run from April 11-13.
For the first time, leading companies from China, Italy, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Germany, and more than eight other countries will participate in the event, marking a milestone in the country’s industrial development.
With over 20,000 visitors expected, PFMMS 2025 is set to become the largest-ever platform in Pakistan for footwear manufacturers, suppliers and industry leaders to network, collaborate and reshape the future of footwear production.
A key highlight of this year’s event is the unprecedented participation of five major associations representing footwear manufacturers, material suppliers and component providers. Their joint efforts aim to enhance Pakistan’s position in the global footwear market. In addition, an entire hall dedicated to the China Pavilion will showcase the latest in footwear machinery, materials, and technological innovation -- raising the bar for local manufacturing standards.
Rashad Islam, chairperson of the PFMA, described PFMMS 2025 as more than just an exhibition. “It is a defining moment for Pakistan’s footwear industry. This event will serve as a gateway for local manufacturers to connect with global markets, attract foreign investment and position Pakistan as a competitive force on the international stage. With an unparalleled line-up of exhibitors and groundbreaking innovations on display, PFMMS 2025 is destined for monumental success.”
The exhibition will act as a one-stop hub for industry professionals, entrepreneurs and investors, offering a unique opportunity to explore advanced machinery, high-quality raw materials, and the latest trends in footwear production.
