Better facilities in jail: IHC reserves verdict on maintainability of Bushra Bibi’s plea

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday reserved judgment on maintainability of a petition filed by Bushra Bibi, wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, seeking better facilities in jail. Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the petition along with the objections of the high court registrar.
Later, the court reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petition.
