LAHORE:Lahore High Court has ordered that the widow be given her share in the property. Lahore High Court Justice Khalid Ishaq issued a decision on the appeal of Siddiqan Bibi.
The court ruled that the petitioner's brother refused to hand over his sister's property after the death of her husband. In 2011, the woman filed a claim in the trial court for the property. The order stated that the trial court rejected the woman's claim in 2014, on which the woman filed an appeal in the Lahore High Court against the trial court's decision. The High Court ruled against the trial court's decision and ordered that the widow be given its share in the property.
