PESHAWAR: Special Assistant to Chief Minister for Industries Abdul Karim Tordher on Monday inaugurated a newly constructed funeral ground in Anbar Shagai area in Swabi.
An official handout said that the project costing Rs11 million aims to address the long-standing needs of the local community.During the inauguration ceremony, the Provincial Irrigation Minister’s focal person, Sohail Khan, was also present.
The residents expressed gratitude to Abdul Karim Tordher for fulfilling their longstanding demand. They stated that the availability of this facility will alleviate the community’s difficulties related to funeral arrangements. Abdul Karim said that this project was a longstanding demand of the local community and emphasized his ongoing efforts to prioritize public issues and provide necessary facilities for the people.
