TOBA TEK SINGH: A 15-year-old girl died when her scarf got entangled in an electric fodder-cutting machine outside her house at Chak 422/JB. Hifza Bibi was cutting fodder with her brother Azhar when her scarf caught in the fodder cutting machine, strangling her to death instantly.
