Bilawal briefed on protests against canal project
Bilawal reached Naudero to offer condolences to family of martyred Assistant Sub-Inspector Ramzan Bhutto
SUKKUR: PPP Sindh Information Secretary Ajiz Dhamrah met party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bhutto House, Naudero, on Friday and briefed him on the protests in the province against the controversial canals project.
Bilawal reached Garibabad in Naudero to offer condolences to the family of the martyred Assistant Sub-Inspector Ramzan Bhutto, who was martyred in Madeji in an encounter.
Meanwhile, Member of Sindh Assembly Sardar Khan Chandio hosted an Iftar-dinner in honour of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Shahdadkot.
Bilawal arrived at Ghaibi Dero house in Qamber city accompanied by party’s Sindh President Nisar Khuhro. Rafiq Ahmed Jamali, Fayyaz Butt, Ramesh Lal, Ijaz Jakhrani, Jamil Soomro, Sohail Sial, Hizbullah Bughio, Sher Muhammad Mugheri, Buland Junejo, Syed Muhammad Shah, Ijaz Leghari, Syed Fasih Shah, Haji Qamar Din Gopang, Ghulam Muhammad Isran, Niaz Chandio, Haji Muhammad Punhal Soomro, Shah Ghazi Mugheri, Noor Muhammad Brohi and others also participated in the Iftar-dinner.
Bilawal met party workers, office bearers, assembly members and dignitaries on the occasion of Iftar-dinner. Peoples Youth Organisation District Sukkur President Ayaz Buriro called on Bilawal Bhutto Zardari at Bhutto House, Naudero. They discussed political situation of Sukkur district.
The PPP chief arrived at Pir Chaudhal Shah Mohalla in Naudero to express grief over the murder of businessman Santosh Kumar in firing by robbers.
Bilawal expressed deep sorrow over Santosh Kumar’s murder, and offered condolences to the businessman’s wife, daughter, nephew Manish Kumar and others.
Bilawal was informed by the heirs of Santosh Kumar about the killing of robbers, who were involved in the murder of businessman, by the police.
Bilawal expressed grief and sorrow over the death of PPP Gilgit-Baltistan District Shigar President Wazir Jaffer. He said the services of the late Wazir Jaffer for the party will always be remembered.
