PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday extended the protective bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member of the National Assembly, Shandana Gulzar, until April 15.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Aurangzeb heard the case. During the proceedings, the petitioner’s lawyer informed the court that multiple cases had been registered against Shandana Gulzar following a protest in Islamabad on November 24. He further stated that his client was unaware of the exact number of cases against her but wanted to appear before the courts.
